Consulting in Project Management for "Improving the Urban Environment in the City of Călimănești by Expanding and Modernizing the Sidewalks, Facilitating Pedestrian Traffic, Vâlcea County" code SMIS 321764.
The object of the contract to be awarded under this procedure consists of ensuring project management services and efficient technical and financial support for the implementation of the project and for achieving all its general and specific objectives. The major objective is the successful implementation of the project, both in terms of duration and completion deadline, as well as compliance with the approved budget, while ensuring the quality standards imposed by the funders.
The purpose of the services to be provided under the contract aims at carrying out specific project management activities, which ensure compliance with the monthly activity schedule of the project, reviewing, where applicable, the planning of activities and budget, as well as monitoring the execution of works, with registration and reporting of their progress, maintaining permanent contact among the parties involved in the implementation of the project (designer, contractor consultant, site supervisor, etc.) for the correct realization of beneficiary information and reporting to the Management Authority.
