Realization of new pedestrian walkways for the Agrement and Castanilor location, with modern architecture and included architectural lighting, for ambiance; Realization of raised stone seating areas for events, proposed at the Agrement location; Creation of landscaping features through the planting of trees, flowers, grass areas, etc. Installation of new urban furniture to serve the newly arranged areas (seating benches, drinking fountains, street lamps, etc.) Creation of a pedestrian circulation system, through paved alleys, steps, and ramps. Construction of parapets and retaining walls for the realization of pedestrian circulation in areas with pronounced topography; Creation of light and water games, integrated into the paving, distributed punctually in space; Implementation of an urban and ambient lighting system, at night, energy-efficient (LED lighting). Creation of sports fields and playgrounds, mineral treated, with special shock-absorbing surfaces (tartan). Creation of buildings to serve the newly proposed activities: 1 changing room building for the Agrement location, 2 buildings for sanitary groups for the Monument 29 area; Construction of pavilions for relaxation and gathering activities: 1 wooden pergola in the Monument area, 1 gazebo and 1 arbor at the Castanilor location; Installation of electronic display panels for each location, as well as a video surveillance system and Wi-Fi.
