This framework agreement has a financial threshold set at €80,000 excluding tax.
The award of each purchase order or subsequent contracts above the threshold will be subject to a re-competition between the four holders in accordance with the procedures defined in Article 2.3 of the framework agreement. The consistency and scope of the services are specified in the specifications of the special technical clauses or in the annexes allowing the publication of orders.
