1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of multifunction devices to the organizational units of UWM in Olsztyn. 2. The contracting authority allows for the submission of equivalent offers in accordance with Article 99(5) of the Public Procurement Law; however, the requirements and technical parameters specified by the contracting authority that define the subject of the order are minimal conditions that the contracting authority will expect to be met. The contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority. In such a case, the contractor attaches to the offer a list of equivalent solutions along with their description or standards.
