Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 18 days (before the deadline for submitting offers). The contracting authority will respond once to all requests for clarifications 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.

The realization of this procurement will bring benefits from the perspective of all 3 components provided in the call for projects through which funding is ensured, as follows: a.) - Basic functioning of the institution b.) - Improvement of digital security c.) - Development of staff skills through activities of specialized training. The objective of the project under which this procurement is carried out is represented by increasing the administrative capacity of the Ministry of Health, through the simplification of procedures related to the services provided and internal work processes, with the aim of increasing activity efficiency and reducing the administrative burden on citizens and the business environment, by implementing digital solutions for activity and service delivery to third parties.
