In addition to providing the standard developer/programmer profiles, we also expect an approach from project managers, functional and technical analysts, BI and data warehouse specialists, software architect, usability expert, integration, AI, automation, web and share point development as well as CRM platform consultancy. It is possible to purchase first-line support, whether temporary or not. This also includes a piece of Microsoft/Cloud integration insofar as it is not included in the system administration part. Lot 02: System Management Consultancy The lot concerns the provision of services in the field of system management, focused on back-end system infrastructure. The use of external consultants can be on the basis of short separate technical assignments, ad hoc interventions in case of emergencies (on demand) but can also be done on a project basis. In most cases, these are assignments that can be scheduled in advance in advance. The provider must be able to provide support in setting up new environments, upgrades to existing installations, and provide technical support for problems or conceptual questions. By product support for system administration we mean the engagement of experts for products that are used on backend systems that are deployed for the organization. These are experts in the field of infrastructure, architecture, cloud integration, virtualization, Microsoft platforms/components and backup. Lot 03: Consultancy security The lot concerns the provision of services related to security and cybersecurity. The consultants can be called in to provide support in the field of security architecture, cyber security, risk assessment, support in case of emergencies, ethical hacking and pen-testing, offering security operations center services and support of EDR/XDR tools. Specific hardware-related security devices and (virtual) appliances and associated support are not included.
