1. The subject of the order is the purchase of an external service (in SaaS model, i.e., Software as a Service), which consists of providing the ability to identify species/types of plants, methods of agricultural use, and enabling the confirmation of the execution of agrotechnical treatments, based on the analysis and processing of image data (satellite images, aerial photographs, low-altitude reconnaissance images), using machine learning/artificial intelligence or index analysis (e.g., the vegetation index of plants constructed based on individual spectra of satellite images) and all ground data and data collected in open or commercial registers.
2. As part of the service implementation, the Contractor will provide the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (hereinafter: “Contracting Authority”):
1) access to data processing tools via a web browser,
2) the ability to parameterize operations and processes,
3) the ability to verify the status of carried out processes,
4) the ability to visualize reports from completed processes,
5) the ability to visualize satellite images in a given area, within a given time range,
6) access to an administrator panel enabling, among other things, the configuration of users within the institution.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter: “ppu”, which constitutes Annex No. 9 to the SWZ).
4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the option, which will consist of extending the service period by an additional period not exceeding 12 months.
5. In the event of the need to exercise the option, the Contracting Authority will inform the Contractor of this fact before the expiry of the basic order contract, no later than one month before the expiration of the contract.
6. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the option once or several times, up to a total not exceeding the maximum remuneration referred to in § 6 sec. 1 point 1.2 ppu and not exceeding the maximum extension period for the service specified in point 5 above.
7. In the event of the Contracting Authority exercising the option, the Contractor is obliged to implement it, under the terms specified in the contract for the basic order.
8. The Contracting Authority requires that the execution of the subject of the order take place under the terms and conditions specified in the ppu along with the attachments constituting annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
