CONSUMABLES OTO-RHINO-LARYNGOLOGY 11.
Hemostatic forceps with electrosurgical welding and vessel sectioning of diameter up to 7mm, with simultaneous use of ultrasound technology. Must have a scissor-type handle with two built-in switches for power selection. Must have a curved jaw length of 16mm, with longitudinal motion at 47KHz. The rigid end of the jaw must have special insulation for even less thermal dispersion to adjacent tissues. Must have tissue sensing technology and automatic energy cutoff when the section is completed. Should be single-use with shaft dimensions of 9cm. The bidder must provide accompanying equipment (electrosurgical diathermy and any cables absolutely compatible with electrosurgical forceps with simultaneous use of ultrasound and ultrasound scissors).

Tool for hemostasis - vessel sectioning with a diameter of 5mm with exclusive use of ultrasound, with a working shaft length of 9cm and 17cm with manual activation, with adjustable energy technology for tissue, thus allowing the generator to automatically adjust the power supply. Must have a 16mm titanium blade, with a curved tip that oscillates with longitudinal motion, at a frequency of 55.5 Khz and with sound confirmation during changes in adjustable energy. Must show thermal effect below 2mm. Must connect to a generator equipped with adjustable energy technology and support for Advanced Ultrasound Technology and Advanced Bipolar Energy tools. With aluminum shaft for insulation and proper weight distribution. The above must be supplied with their accompanying equipment which must be from the same manufacturer to maximize compatibility, and it must be proven that it is sufficiently software-updated. - A sample and the original manuals of the ultrasound scissors must be provided, as well as the original manuals of the accompanying equipment. 10 UNITS of 9 cm and 5 UNITS of 17cm - Must have a CE compliance statement. - Must have a declaration of conformity from the manufacturer. - Must be provided with valid scientific literature for the use of the set and system in cervical surgeries, sialadenitis, thyroid, and parathyroid procedures.

UROLOGICAL 1.
Rubber bands for cystoscopy must be compatible with existing STORZ - WOLF - OLYMPUS tools of the hospital.

UROLOGICAL 2.
The large mono-wire TURis loop must be a sterlized electrode-loop designed single-wire, compatible with the existing 30˚ OLYMPUS optics, and suitable for transurethral procedures under saline solution. The loop must have a wire thickness of 0.2mm and be large in size (at least 5.30mm in width and 4.3mm in height). It must be based on plasma technology and the thermal damage to adjacent tissues must be less than 0.2mm on average. Must be suitable for transurethral prostate resection of at least 120gr under saline. Must be single-use, sterilized with ethylene oxide gas (EO) and have a sterilization expiry date of at least three years. It must be compatible with the existing TURis working element of the hospital. Must have color coding for easy identification of compatible components of the existing resectoscope (internal sheath and optic) and the compatible distending medium. The electrode must be marked indicating that it is suitable for use under saline. The electrode must bear its code for easy identification. At least one published clinical study with the offered type or with the product from the same manufacturer with corresponding technical characteristics is required. The technical evaluation committee has the right to request samples if deemed appropriate. A reason for rejection will be the result after use in surgery or surgical simulation. Each bidding company, if different from the manufacturer, must provide a declaration from the manufacturing company referring to the specific tender and stating that in the event of an award of a contract to the bidding company, the manufacturer commits to supply it with the specific quantity of awarded items of the contract, that the products will be genuine and unused, and that the supplying company is authorized by the manufacturing house for the technical support of the products and the adherence to procedures in case of a possible recall/withdrawal of the product.

Hydrophilic wire Terumo made of nitinol with a hydrophilic external surface along its entire length resulting from a special chemical treatment and not a simple hydrophilic coating, with a hardness Standard or Stiff, with a straight or curved tip, 0.035” and length 150cm for urological use.

UROLOGICAL 5.
Digital flexible single-use ureteroscope. Must have a field of view of 120°, with a depth of field of 5-50mm, with integrated dual LED light source at the tip. Its length must be 670mm calibrated, with an outer diameter of catheter 7.5Fr and a spherical tip, with a minimum working channel of 3.6Fr. Must have a flexible tip in dual directions, with an angle of bidirectional direction (up and down) of 275°. Provides the ability to lock the end position at any angle without requiring continuous engagement by the operator with a dynamic locking lever. Connects directly to a monitor, without requiring another separate power source directly connecting to the ureteroscope.

UROLOGICAL 6.
Flexible digital ureteroscope. Must be new, unused, of the latest technology, with a diameter of 7.5 FR that at the final tip reaches 7.2 FR. Its tip must bend upwards at an angle of at least 285° and downwards at an angle of at least 285°. Must have passive bending technology and locking capability. Must have the ability to rotate the handle tip for left-handed and right-handed users and to limit user fatigue. Must allow rotation of the shaft and tip of the ureteroscope by ±60° for greater viewing accuracy and localization (blind spots). Must have a large field of view angle of 120° and an imaging depth of 120mm (maximum distance of clear optical imaging). The working channel must be 3.6 FR and the working length must be 680mm. Must accompany imaging processing system with DVI output for monitor connection and have specialized software for contour enhancement of anatomical structures. No time limitation on use. A prerequisite is that the handle must be very lightweight to prevent user fatigue. Must be able to connect either to a) Processing console with specialized software program for contour enhancement of anatomical structures, or b) Monitor with screen specialized software program for contour enhancement of anatomical structures.

UROLOGICAL 7.
Flexible single-use digital ureteroscope, with integrated light source with 2 LEDs and resolution of 160K pixels. Must have catheter length of 650mm with integrated cable at the bottom of the handle, 2500mm long. Must be available with catheter outer diameter of 6.3 fr, rotating via a knob by 120° bidirectionally, working channel 3.6 Fr and imaging output of instruments at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock. The angling range must be 270° bidirectionally, field of view of 120±15 degrees, with a depth of field of 3-100 mm and angle of 0-10 degrees. Must have a Luer Lock receptacle and Y-type adapter. Must be compatible with existing urological tools and laser lithotripsy. Must accompany image processing system with the ability to record video and photos as well as freeze the screen with control from the ureteroscope handle with 2 separate buttons. Must have the ability to select imaging frames.
