Stadtwerke Bad Kissingen GmbH - a municipal transport company wholly owned by the city of Bad Kissingen - is tasked by the contracting authority (city of Bad Kissingen) with providing public transport services as part of a public service contract (short: öDA) in accordance with regulation 1370/2007 and the requirements of general public procurement law.
