The Concessionaire will be entrusted with the following tasks:
? Financing of the EVSE and facilities covered by the concession
? Carrying out the studies necessary for the establishment of EVSE and approved facilities
? Completion of the work on the establishment of the EVSEs, including the primary and secondary installations as defined in Article 9 of this Convention.
? The operation of EVSE including:
o The management of EVSE and Charging Stations,
o The subscription and management of subscriptions to be taken out with electricity and internet access suppliers in order to ensure the proper functioning of EVSE
o Maintenance of EVSE including charging stations (collective infrastructure, charging stations, badge management, on-call duty, complaints, etc.)
o Provision of the charging service to users,
o The implementation of a Hotline service,
o The implementation of a supervision system,
o The commercial operation of EVSE and invoicing to Users
