1. The subject of the proceedings is to define the framework conditions for granting and executing Executive Orders during the term of the Framework Agreement. 2. The Ordering Party, under the Executive Agreements, will make purchases of AI Laboratory Kits in the quantity of 12 thousand Kits (including 8 thousand for primary schools and 4 thousand for secondary schools) in accordance with the Detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter SOPZ), contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party plans to conduct Executive proceedings, in accordance with the delivery area, which has been divided into 73 territorial units according to the NUTS 2021 classification (NUTS 3).
