The municipality of Utrecht wishes to establish a framework agreement with three parties for engineering services for the maintenance of civil structures. More specifically, this concerns: Structural reassessment (recalibration) of quay walls and fixed bridges based on studies, stability and deformation measurements, recalculations, and other advice for the maintenance of civil structures. These activities relate to approximately 1,500 bridges, and 50km of structural quays spread over about 400 objects.
