For the construction of a planned new building, the site clearance of the property is necessary - the required preparatory planning services are the scope of this tender. The construction consists of two already cleared residential buildings (each with a basement and 2 or 3 upper floors), paved/asphalted parking areas, and a spacious green area with trees. The existing underground lines must also be taken into account in the service 'site clearance' and partially demolished or relocated. A preliminary pollutant investigation, a contaminated site exploration, and a soil report have already been conducted. The resulting findings will be made available from the bidding phase and must be included in the processing.
