Description:
The Bistrita County Emergency Clinical Hospital seeks to acquire medical equipment for public healthcare facilities treating critically ill patients with acute cerebrovascular pathology, divided into five lots that include intensive care beds, medical furniture cleaning machines, advanced patient monitoring systems, medication administration systems, and ventilation/intubation systems, with suppliers required to provide installation support, staff training, warranty, and maintenance.

The contracting authority, the Bistrita County Emergency Clinical Hospital, intends to purchase medical equipment under the HEALTH PROGRAM - PS/643/PS_P3/OP4/RSO4.5/PS_P3_RSO4.5_A7 - Investments for equipping public healthcare facilities that treat critically ill patients with acute cerebrovascular pathology through an open tender procedure divided into 5 lots with the awarding of public procurement contracts for the supply of products for each lot separately:
Lot 1 - Intensive care bed with scale, bedside table, passive mattress, and active mattress
Lot 2 - Medical furniture cleaning machine
Lot 3 - Advanced patient monitoring system, manual defibrillator with pacing, 12-channel electrocardiogram
Lot 4 - Medication administration system consisting of: Infusion pumps, Syringe pumps, Nutrition pumps, Docking station, and Central Monitoring Station with Pump Management Software
Lot 5 - Ventilation and intubation system consisting of: high-performance ventilator, transport ventilator, difficult adult intubation system
The supplier must provide the products and ensure all necessary support for the installation and commissioning of the delivered products, must ensure staff training, must ensure the warranty and maintenance of the equipment during the warranty period in accordance with the requirements set out in the specifications.
The deadlines in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information from interested economic operators: on the 11th day before the deadline set in the announcement for the submission of offers. The number of days until the deadline for requesting clarifications, before the expiry date for submitting offers is 18 days.


LOT-0001
Lot 1 - Intensive care bed with scale, bedside table, passive mattress, and active mattress.

The supplier must provide the product and ensure all necessary support for the installation and commissioning of the delivered product, must ensure staff training, must ensure the warranty and maintenance of the equipment during the warranty period in accordance with the requirements set out in the specifications.


LOT-0003
Advanced patient monitoring system, manual defibrillator with pacing, 12-channel electrocardiogram.
The supplier must provide the product and ensure all necessary support for the installation and commissioning of the delivered product, must ensure staff training, must ensure the warranty and maintenance of the equipment during the warranty period in accordance with the requirements set out in the specifications.

Medication administration system consisting of: Infusion pumps, Syringe pumps, Nutrition pumps, Docking station, and Central Monitoring Station with Pump Management Software.
The supplier must provide the product and ensure all necessary support for the installation and commissioning of the delivered product, must ensure staff training, must ensure the warranty and maintenance of the equipment during the warranty period in accordance with the requirements set out in the specifications.


LOT-0005
VENTILATION AND INTUBATION consisting of: HIGH-PERFORMANCE VENTILATOR, TRANSPORT VENTILATOR, DIFFICULT ADULT INTUBATION SYSTEM.
The supplier must provide the product and ensure all necessary support for the installation and commissioning of the delivered product, must ensure staff training, must ensure the warranty and maintenance of the equipment during the warranty period in accordance with the requirements set out in the specifications.
