General project management for the realization of the project studies and the follow-up of the execution of works for the reinforcement of 7 embankments on the Mandelieu - Italian border section, on the A8 motorway.

The contract covers the studies and monitoring of the reinforcement of 7 embankments.

The expected missions are as follows:

- Ownership phase: Appropriation of previous studies;

- AVP mission: Preliminary design studies;

- Mission PRO: Project studies;

- ACT mission: Assistance to the project owner for the award of works contracts;

- VISA mission: Visa for execution studies;

- DET mission: Management of the execution of the works;

- AOR mission: Assistance with pre-acceptance operations;

- Surrogacy Mission: Guarantee of Perfect Completion.

As part of its tasks, the contract holder will ensure the implementation and administration of the electronic document management of the operation, in accordance with the requirements and nomenclature of the contracting authority. He will also be responsible for the analysis and management of technical, financial and time-related risks. The candidate will be required to provide a self-supporting file for each structure.
