Description:
The procurement involves providing takeover services for the operation of the Office's ICT infrastructure, including technological and application support, user assistance, and potential exit services to ensure a smooth transition from the current service provider.

The subject of the public procurement is the provision of takeover services consisting mainly of the takeover of services from the current provider, who provides the contracting authority with support and operation services for the authority's infrastructure, based on a takeover plan developed by the contractor as part of the bid.

Based on the conditions set out in Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation "Binding Proposal for the Framework Agreement" (hereinafter also referred to as the "Framework Agreement"), partial contracts ("Partial Contract") will be signed, under which the selected contractor will be obliged, through members of the project team, to provide the contracting authority with services consisting of:

i) provision of technological and application support for the operation of the infrastructure and user support for the contracting authority under the conditions according to the individual catalog sheets mentioned in Annex No. 1 of the Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Catalog Sheets"), particularly (but not exclusively) in the following areas:

  • a. consolidation and management of HW and SW infrastructure;
  • b. support for server, security, surveillance, storage, virtualization, backup, and network infrastructure;
  • c. system support and configuration management;
  • d. directory systems;
  • e. support for end users and end devices;
  • f. monitoring and surveillance services for security infrastructure;
  • g. maintenance and extension of warranties for HW and SW (hereinafter also referred to as "Services according to Catalog Sheets");

ii) provision of additional services through members of the contractor's project team according to the contracting authority's requirements throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Specialist Services") beyond the Services according to Catalog Sheets; and

iii) possible provision of exit services related to the final termination of the provision of Services under the Framework Agreement, consisting of the preparation and handover of the contracting authority's infrastructure to a new provider at the end of the contractual relationship according to the contracting authority's instructions, which include, in particular: providing the necessary assistance according to the contracting authority's instructions to the new provider, handing over all documentation and necessary information, properly handing over all necessary data including supplementary data, preparing an exit plan in sufficient advance, and providing essential assistance for its realization (hereinafter referred to as "Exit Services"), (hereinafter collectively referred to as Takeover Services, Services according to Catalog Sheets, Specialist Services, and Exit Services also as "Services" or individually as "Service"). The Services will be provided to the extent and in the manner described in the Framework Agreement and further in Annex No. 1 of this Framework Agreement (hereinafter also referred to as the "Technical Specification"), including cross-sectional requirements. The extent and content of the Services are set out in the form of requirements and relevant catalog sheets (hereinafter referred to as "Catalog Sheet") in the Technical Specification.

The subject of the public procurement is the provision of takeover services consisting mainly of the takeover of services from the current provider, who provides the contracting authority with support and operation services for the authority's infrastructure, based on a takeover plan developed by the contractor as part of the bid.
