Site Clearance.
In order to construct the planned new building, site clearance of the property is necessary - the required preparatory planning services are the scope of this tender. The development consists of two already cleared residential buildings (each with one basement and 2 or 3 upper floors), paved/asphalted parking areas, and an expansive green space with trees. The existing underground utilities must also be considered in the service
