The contracting authority divides the order into eight parts: Part 1 – Reconstruction / extension of provincial road No. 5285P (bicycle path / pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Korytnica – Ligota regarding the reconstruction of provincial road 5285P (bicycle path / pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section 3+363.00 to 4+488.00 over a length of 855.00 m; Part 2 – Reconstruction / extension of provincial road No. 5305P (bicycle path / pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Śliwniki – Skalmierzyce regarding the reconstruction of provincial road No. 5305P (pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Śliwniki – Skalmierzyce over a length of approx. 0.6 km; Part 3 – Reconstruction / extension of provincial road No. 5311P (bicycle path / pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Masanów – Wielowieś regarding the reconstruction of provincial road 5311P (bicycle path / pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section 17+848.00 to 19+123.50 and 19+169.50 to 19+339.00 over a length of 1,445.00 m; Part 4 – Reconstruction / extension of provincial road No. 5330P (bicycle path / pedestrian and cyclist path) in the village of Dębnica regarding the reconstruction of provincial road 5330P (bicycle path / pedestrian and cyclist path) in the village of Dębnica on a section of length 1098 m; Part 5 – Reconstruction / extension of provincial road No. 5335P (bicycle path / pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Garki – Granowiec regarding the reconstruction of provincial road 5335P (bicycle path / pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section 4+310.00 to 5+200.00 and 5+380.00 to 5+845.00 over a length of 1,355.00 m; Part 6 – Reconstruction / extension of provincial road No. 5335P (bicycle path / pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section from the border of the municipality of Odolanów to the village of Granowiec regarding the reconstruction of provincial road 5335P (bicycle path / pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section 5+845.00 to 6+750.00 over a length of 905.0 m; Part 7 – Reconstruction / extension of provincial roads No. 5325P and 5326P (bicycle path / pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Nabyszyce – Gliśnica regarding the reconstruction of provincial roads 5325P, 5326P (bicycle path / pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Nabyszyce – Gliśnica over a length of approx. 2.649 km; Part 8 – Reconstruction of provincial road No. 5292P in the town of Szczury (construction of a bicycle path / pedestrian and cyclist path) regarding the reconstruction of the road sections No. 5288P and 5292P Raszków – Szczury on a section of approximately 1,558 m (from km 5+729.00 to km 7+287.00). 3. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts of the order. 4. A separate contract will be signed for each part for the execution of construction works. 4. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 139 of the Public Procurement Law, will first conduct the examination and evaluation of offers, and then qualify the contractor whose offer has been the highest assessed, regarding the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 5. Based on Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority informs that it foresees the possibility of canceling this procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the order are not awarded to it. 6. The subject of the order for part 2 is to carry out: Reconstruction / extension of provincial road No. 5305P (bicycle path / pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Śliwniki – Skalmierzyce regarding the reconstruction of provincial road No. 5305P (pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Śliwniki – Skalmierzyce over a length of approx. 0.6 km. 2. The scope of works covered by the order for part 2 includes, among others, the following scope: - demolition of hardened surfaces located in the road lane, - setting curbs, edging, and concrete borders, - performing pedestrian and bicycle paths, - performing sidewalks and traffic support devices (to access properties), - performing driveways, - performing a parking bay, - performing a dam, - performing a curb ditch, - reconstructing open roadside ditches to a closed profile, - performing storm intakes with lateral channels, - performing linear drainage with lateral channels, - eliminating pipe culverts laid under driveways, - setting traffic safety devices, - performing vertical and horizontal signage. 3. 1. The subject of the contract for part 8 is the execution of: Reconstruction of the poviat road No. 5292P in the town of Szczury (construction of a bike path/path for pedestrians and cyclists) regarding the reconstruction of the roads No. 5288P and 5292P from Raszków to Szczury over a length of approximately 1,558 m (section from km 5+729.00 to km 7+287.00).

2. The scope of work included in the contract for part 8 includes, among others, the following scope: - preparatory and earthworks, - piping the road ditch by constructing a drainage channel in it, - setting curbs, edges, and concrete borders, - performing drains and stormwater inlets, - making the surface, - performing vertical and horizontal markings, - finishing works, - post-execution inventory.
