The subject of the public procurement is the acquisition and implementation of a new comprehensive economic information system that covers areas of budgetary and approval operations, accounting and taxes, assets and inventory, including standard platform software, as well as providing operational support for the system, its maintenance (updates, upgrades, and SLA, etc.) and ad hoc development of the information system throughout the entire life cycle of the information system, including the development of an exit plan. The expected lifespan of the information system is 10 years, i.e., the period during which the contracting authority expects to operate the information system.
