Services for the development and implementation of the Integrated Information System and equipment within the project for the digitization of the activity of the Pneumophthisiology Hospital in Calarasi in the quantities and conditions specified in the Specifications.
In accordance with Article 160 paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement (as amended by the Emergency Ordinance of the Government no. 107/2017), corroborated with the provisions of Article 27 of the Government Decision no. 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification (if received in time), on the 15th day before the set deadline for the submission of offers in the Participation Announcement.
