The City of Breaza has funding contracts concluded with MLPDA, through the National Recovery and Resilience Program, for the following objectives:
• Procurement of public transport vehicles - electric buses, 10m City of Breaza - Adunați Commune, Prahova County
• Providing infrastructure for green transport – ITS/other ICT infrastructures at the level of the City of Breaza
In the framework of these objectives, the City of Breaza needs to purchase a total of 8 electric vehicle charging stations. The supply of the charging stations involves the following activities: 1. Design services, 2. Works for arranging the parking space where the equipment will be installed, 3. Supply of equipment: charging stations, 4. Installation and commissioning of charging stations.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the awarding documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been made within the established time frame, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
