This contract aims to meet the needs of COMUTITRES in terms of intellectual services within the framework of projects, applications, and communication systems that will be implemented or maintained.

LOT-0001
Project Management.
This lot concerns activities related to conducting studies, project management, roadmap facilitation, and support services that may be necessary or engaged either following a need expressed by Île-de-France Mobilités or based on an internal initiative or need from Comutitres. These needs may particularly involve a new product, service, process, tools, systems, equipment, or their evolution.

LOT-0002
Technical.
This lot concerns the necessary IT roles for the delivery and operational maintenance of Comutitres applications. This includes: · Front office, back office, and backend management of customized and possibly non-customized tickets enabling Comutitres to manage Navigo contracts and other ticketing services, billing management, customer relationship management, and allowing customers to subscribe to their transportation tickets and conduct their after-sales service autonomously. · Maintenance of API Management interfaces, opening our systems to mobility partners (Île-de-France Mobilités, transport operators and others in Île-de-France, business partners) as well as other Comutitres IT systems.

Cybersecurity and GDPR.
This lot covers intellectual assistance, expertise, and management services related to cybersecurity activities and the implementation of regulations concerning the protection of personal data (GDPR - LIL).

LOT-0004
BI Expertise.
This lot covers activities related to Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, and decision-making. It covers the needs: · Implementation, operation, and maintenance of reporting tools. · Data analysis, data visualization. · Establishment of advanced models such as data mining/predictive. · Implementation of AI tools including generative AI.

DEVOPS and Cloud.
This lot concerns activities necessary for establishing a DevOps approach at Comutitres and primarily the implementation of a CI/CD approach in our Delivery chain.
