Description:
Assistance in identifying European programs, setting up projects, and providing administrative and financial reporting for regional administrations seeking to develop projects financed by European programs through a thematic framework agreement divided into specific lots focused on various areas of project development and implementation.

This contract concerns only the conclusion of the framework agreement for assistance in the identification of European programmes, the setting up of European projects and the administrative and financial reporting of European projects. More specifically, it will assist regional administrations in the development of projects financed by European programmes. Depending on the experience and needs of the administrations, the missions may range from the identification of a call for projects that best corresponds to the project they wish to carry out and that fits into their regional strategy to the submission of an application. This Framework Agreement is divided into thematic packages covering the areas in which regional administrations wish to benefit from this Framework Agreement. In addition, a specific lot is dedicated to administrative and financial reporting exercises that are requested throughout the implementation of the project until its closure.

This assignment relates only to the conclusion of the framework contract for assistance in the identification of European programmes, in the setting up of European projects and in administrative and financial reporting on European projects.

More specifically, it is a question of helping the regional administrations to develop projects financed by European programmes. Depending on the experience and needs of the administrations, the tasks can range from identifying calls for projects that best suit the project they want to set up, and that fits in with their regional strategy, to the submission of the candidacy of the board.

This framework agreement is divided into thematic plots relating to the areas for which the regional authorities wish to make use of this framework agreement.

In addition, a specific area is dedicated to administrative and financial reporting, which is required throughout the implementation period of the project until its closure.
