The scope of the order includes the delivery for the Ordering Party: a biobank for the storage and archiving of biological samples.
The Ordering Party requires the offered warranty period for the subject of the order to be at least 24 months. Offers with a shorter warranty period than specified above will be rejected. Note! The warranty period constitutes a criterion for the evaluation of offers according to Chapter XVIII of the SWZ.
3. The name of the order included in the title of the order does not constitute a brand name of manufacturers/distributors of products but is solely a descriptive designation used by the Ordering Party.

The scope of the order includes the delivery of a biobank for the storage and archiving of biological samples. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. SUMMARY OF MINIMAL REQUIRED TECHNICAL PARAMETERS AND USAGE:

1.1. Low-temperature freezer with parameters of at least: (-40°/-86°C, 450 l, double compressor system - in case of failure of one compressor, the other maintains the temperature at least -70°C) - 2 pieces
1.1.a. Structure of the freezer - vertical (wardrobe-type).
1.1.b. The usable volume of the chamber should be no less than 450 liters.
1.1.c. Temperature control range: minimum from -40°C to -86°C.
1.1.d. Measurement and regulation of temperature with an accuracy of no more than +/- 1°C.
1.1.e. External dimensions no larger than: 900 x 860 (1005 considering the distance from the wall) x 2000 mm (H x D x W).
1.1.f. Interior made of stainless steel.
1.1.g. External doors equipped with access control (lockable by key or reader).
1.1.h. System to prevent sticking of external doors.
1.1.i. Additional, insulated internal doors (at least 4 pieces).
1.1.j. Base equipped with at least 4 wheels, including at least 2 with brakes.
1.1.k. Two separate compressor systems - in the event of failure of one compressor, the other maintains a temperature of at least -70°C for at least 48 hours.
1.1.l. Ability to operate in extreme external conditions of at least +30°C.
1.1.m. Function for recording temperature and alarm states. Built into the control panel, a USB port allowing the transmission of recorded data to a USB memory. Displaying a graph with temperatures that occurred.
1.1.n. Alarms displayed as text, not in the form of codes.
1.1.o. Control panel with a touch LCD display with a minimum diagonal of 7” and displayed text messages.
1.1.p. Visual and acoustic signaling of alarm states:
• too high and too low temperatures (with the ability to adjust the threshold temperature);
• power outage (battery backup for a minimum of 72 hours);
• doors not closed;
• probe failure;
• low battery.
1.1.q. Ability to manually mute the acoustic alarm.
1.1.r. Automatic fault diagnostics. Warning messages about the need to replace consumable components, improper ambient temperature, overload of the cooling system.

1.3.a. Temperature monitoring system - sensor with a probe calibrated at least at one temperature minimum -80°C in PCA (certificate). System monitoring temperature changes and sending alarms:
• system allowing the user to define the reading frequency and alarm thresholds;
• system allowing data recording, including temperature changes and alarms;
• system supplied with software allowing sending notifications via SMS and email;
• sensor has a built-in battery, SIM card, and access to an online platform for at least 24 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol.
1.4 Cryovials with a maximum of three codes, including having at least a 2D code based on the cryovial, with a working capacity of no less than 1.9 ml, rounded, with an external thread, at least 11,000 cryovials packed in at least 100 pieces and at most 1000 pieces.
1.4.a. The total volume of the cryovials should not exceed 2.5 ml when using caps with external threads.
1.4.b. The working volume of the cryovials should be no less than 1.9 ml when using caps with external threads.
1.4.c. Made of polypropylene.
