Opened in 1999, the Maya mare adventure pool in Halle (Saale) has a water surface of 1,331 m² with 4 water slides, wave pool, lazy river and other attractions.
There is also a sauna and wellness area and a fitness club.
The entire complex is kept in Mexican style.
In 2025, the contracting authority intends to implement numerous measures to make it more attractive and
modernisation of the adventure pool.
This also includes the replacement of the 4 slides that date back to the year of construction of the
Bades 1999, against 4 new modern slide facilities with digital technology
(touchpoints, speed measurement, program selection for music and light/laser effects, etc.), whereby one slide is to be designed as a double slide in order to simulate slide competitions with
two guests sliding next to each other.
In the course of the slide renewal, the water technology and electrical systems are to be
as well as any necessary further structural measures,
if necessary, modification of the landing basins, if necessary addition of the foundations.

Planning and construction services for the renewal of the slide facilities in the Maya mare adventure pool in Halle (Saale).
Maya mare Gmbh & Co. KG intends to fundamentally renew the existing slide system, consisting of 4 large water slides. The slides were erected at the end of the 1990s.
The following are to be replaced:
- Lane 1 "Black-Hole", the red body slide
- Lane 2: "Double bobsleigh", the blue double hoop slide
- Lane 3 "Turbo", the yellow turbo slide
- Lane 4 "Tires" the green tire slide
