A new correctional facility with 820 detention places is planned in the western district of Marienthal in Zwickau, constructed by the Free State of Saxony and the State of Thuringia. There are a total of 14 buildings, 11 of which are within the facility wall, 2 outside, and one gate building along the facility wall. The site is fully developed. The subject of the planned commissioning is to resume planning and construction services on an existing, previously completed construction state. In this context, a laser scan with the creation of a 3D CAD model for all building structures will be carried out. The gross floor area is approximately 66,000 sqm.
