1. The subject of the order is the supply (including delivery and installation) of brand new (produced no earlier than in 2025), undamaged, free from physical and legal defects, covered by warranty, and bearing the trademarks of the manufacturer of printing and copying equipment, divided into parts:
1) Part No. 1 - to the headquarters of the Central Examination Commission (CKE) in Warsaw and to the headquarters of the Regional Examination Commission in Łódź, in the scope of:
a) Booklet-making lines - 2 pcs.
together with 12 months of technical support and service (basic order)
The contracting authority, under Part No. 1, provides for the possibility of exercising the option right to extend technical support and service, as well as to deliver toners - in the manner described in paragraphs 10 and 11 of the Description of the object of the order (OPZ) - Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. The option right applies only to the booklet-making line which will be delivered to the CKE headquarters;
2) Part No. 2 - to the headquarters of eight regional examination commissions (oke), in the scope of:
a) Printers for certificates - 7 pcs.
together with 12 months of technical support and service
b) Multifunction machines - 21 pcs.
together with 12 months of technical support and service
c) Scanners - 26 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the object of the order (hereinafter OPZ) is defined:

for Part No. 2 - OPZ - Annex No. 1b to the SWZ.
3. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for one or two parts of the order.
4. The contracting authority does not foresee the submission of variant offers.
5. The contracting authority does not foresee the awarding of similar orders referred to in Art. 214 para. 1 point 6) of the Pzp Act.
6. The contracting authority does not require and does not allow the submission of offers in the form of electronic catalogs or the attachment of electronic catalogs to the offer, in the situation specified in Art. 93 of the Pzp Act.
7. Before initiating the procedure, the contracting authority placed an announcement on its own website to establish the estimated value of the order. Information on the content is available on the website https://bip.cke.gov.pl/.

Part No. 1 – The contractor is obliged to deliver the booklet-making lines within no longer than 25 working days from the date of signing the contract, provided that if the contract is signed before February 2, 2026, the deadline will run from February 2, 2026, with the stipulation that delivery will take place on working days (Monday-Friday) from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The subject of the basic order in the scope of technical support and service will be implemented for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of signing the last interim acceptance protocol encompassing the booklet-making lines.
Under the option right, the contracting authority provides for the possibility to order for the booklet-making line (delivered to the contracting authority's headquarters) an extension of the technical support and service period for a maximum of 24 months, and the delivery of brand new, non-reconditioned and non-refurbished toners compatible with the booklet-making line, within 48 months from the date of signing the contract.
The amount of the deposit is:
Part 1 - 25,000 PLN (in words: twenty-five thousand zlotys);
The template contract for the public procurement is Annex No. 5a to the SWZ (part 1).
The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide security for proper performance of the contract in the amount of 2% of the total price stated in the offer.
