Lot 1 of this works contract includes the execution of the construction work for an extension to the Chapelle-lez-Herlaimont sports complex including the creation of the dojo, the ring area, the new changing rooms and a cafétéria.__________AGREATION REQUIRED: Category D, in class 6. In the event of the award of several lots to the same tenderer, the appropriate capacity in terms of works contractor approval is defined as follows:
- all bundled lots: category D, in class 6 as long as the amount of the offer requires it.
For the contract, as well as for each lot and group of lots, the class is determined in fine according to the amount of the successful bid.
__________OPTION REQUIREMENT 1: Steel staircase (item 23.31.1(a)__________OPTION REQUIREMENT 2: Replacement of trunk floor (item 91.24.9a. FREE OPTIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED. In the case of the required options, bidders must submit a bid for both the basic project and each option, failing which their bid will be materially irregular.

Lot 2 of the present works contract concerns the development of the surroundings of the extension to the Chapelle-lez-Herlaimont sports complex.
__________AGREATION REQUIRED: Category G, Class 3. In the event of the award of several lots to the same tenderer, the appropriate capacity in terms of approval as a works contractor is defined as follows: all grouped lots: category D, in class 6 insofar as the amount of the tender so requires.
For the contract, as well as for each lot and group of lots, the class is determined in fine according to the amount of the bid retenue.______
