The European Artificial Intelligence Act (AEOI) is about to be published in the Official Journal of the European Union. Enforcement of the AEOI will entail continuous monitoring of the large number of relevant addressees based in each Member State, as well as the handling of individual complaints. It is therefore crucial for a national supervisory authority to have a comprehensive inventory of the relevant actors and the AI systems offered for Germany even before the start of regulation on the basis of the AEOI.
