The services of Lots 1 and 2 must each comply with the interoperability requirements set out in Paragraph 19(2)(1) of the KHSFV. With the introduction of the patient portal, the client is pursuing the goal of strengthening patient loyalty as well as the retention of referring physicians and referring physicians, facilitating the acquisition of new patients, driving forward the digitalization of processes related to patient admission and involving inpatients more closely in treatment. In addition to the intended simplification and digitalization of processes, the integration of inpatients into their own treatment in particular should make a significant contribution to ensuring the success of therapy.
