2. The scope of the subject of the order includes:
1) supply of brand new (year of production: 2024/2025), produced from current production and unused before the delivery date, excluding the use necessary to conduct a test of correct operation, originating from official distribution channels of the manufacturer, ensuring in particular the realization of warranty rights of the equipment as specified in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ, including their transport, delivery and installation (if applicable) and setting up at the location indicated by the Employer,
2) delivery along with the order of the required operating instructions in Polish (if applicable),
3) delivery of technical documentation, operational documentation related to the subject of the order,
4) delivery along with the order of warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as any cables, connectors, etc. necessary for proper operation (if required for the product to function properly),
5) cleaning of the premises after installation and arrangement and installation of the equipment,
6) conducting training on the operation of the equipment for specified employees of the Employer (applies to items delivered, for which such necessity has been indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the order),
7) transport and insurance costs of the delivered equipment shall be borne by the Contractor,
8) all electrical elements of the offered equipment must comply with Polish power supply standards,
9) The Contractor will be responsible to the Employer for being authorized to market the software installed in the offered equipment and for the fact that the Employer, as a result of the conclusion of the contract, will be authorized to use all software provided with the offered equipment within the scope of ordinary use,
10) The Contractor is responsible for the overall order, including its course and timely execution, quality, compliance with the technical and qualitative conditions and applicable legal regulations.

2) providing required instructions for operation in Polish language (if applicable),
3) providing technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the order,
4) providing warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as all necessary cables, wires, connectors, etc. (if required for the proper functioning of the product),
5) cleaning the rooms after installation and arrangement of the equipment,
6) conducting training on the use of the equipment for specified employees of the Ordering Party (applies to items delivered for which such necessity has been foreseen in the detailed description of the subject of the order),
7) transportation and insurance costs of the delivered equipment will be borne by the Contractor,
8) all electrical elements of the offered equipment must meet the Polish power supply standards,
9) The Contractor will be responsible to the Ordering Party for being entitled to market the software installed in the offered equipment and for ensuring that the Ordering Party, as a result of concluding the contract, will be authorized to use all provided software within normal usage along with the offered equipment,
10) The Contractor is responsible for the overall order, including its course and timely execution, quality, compliance with technical, quality conditions, and applicable regulations in this regard.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the order, quantity, scope, type, and amount of deliveries, warranty conditions, service, technical parameters are specified in Annex 1 (parts 1-15) to the SWZ and the Project Agreement Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
