The public procurement is conducted as a joint procurement, involving selected health facilities of the AGEL group. The representative of the participants in the joint procurement for the purposes of the public procurement is Nemocnice AGEL Nový Jičín a.s.
The subject of the public procurement is the modernization and expansion of the functionalities of the hospital information system of selected health facilities of the AGEL group in the area of process digitalization, digitization and standardization of medical documentation. The subject of the public procurement also includes connections to systems for the exchange of medical documentation at both national and international levels and further integrations into public administration systems.
The scope of work includes:
a) delivery of the central part of the hospital information system – delivery and implementation of the integration bus, its connection to interoperability services and the development of common information systems, a trusted archive of electronic documentation and the central technology of the picture archiving and communication system ("PACS"), including additional programming work;
b) delivery of solutions for individual participants in the joint procurement – modernization of hospital information systems, implementation of services and interfaces of the integration bus, connection to external electronic health systems and central registers, development of PACS and development of individual information systems, including additional programming work;
c) provision of maintenance services and basic support; and
d) provision of extended support services.
The public procurement will be financed from grant programs:
a) 78th call for submissions for support from the Integrated Regional Operational Program 2021-2027 entitled "IROP - eHealth - SC 1.1 (MRR)", announced by the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic,
b) 79th call for submissions for support from the Integrated Regional Operational Program 2021-2027 entitled "IROP - eHealth - SC 1.1 (PR)", announced by the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic, and
c) Ongoing call No. 22 for submissions for financial support for projects under the National Recovery Plan of the Czech Republic, announced by the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, ref. No. MV-63641-65/OFSP-2022, Pillar: Digital Transformation, Component title: 1. 1 Digital Services for Citizens and Companies, Reform 2: Electronic Health Services.
Based on the results of the tender process for the public procurement, the individual health facilities participating in the joint procurement will conclude separate contracts with the chosen supplier for the fulfillment of the public procurement.
