The wellbeing services county of Western Uusimaa (later also the Client) requests participation notifications (tenders) for the procurement of transport services that support the mobility of the elderly and disabled. The procurement includes transport organised on the basis of the Social Welfare Act, the Act on Services for the Disabled and the Act on Persons with Intellectual Disabilities.

This is a procurement in accordance with Annex E to the Act on Public Procurement and Access Rights 1397/2016 (Act on Public Contracts).

Procurement is carried out as a dynamic supplier register, which refers to a procedure designed by the contracting entity itself in accordance with the principles of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts for procuring the services to be procured. The procurement procedure is described in Annex 6 "Description of the procurement procedure".

For shift vehicles, the procurement is divided into three geographical parts
1) Espoo, Kauniainen, Kirkkonummi and Siuntio
2) Inkoo, Karkkila, Lohja and Vihti and
3) Hanko, Inkoo and Raseborg.

With regard to contract vehicles, the procurement applies to the entire wellbeing services county of Western Uusimaa.

The procurement is divided into 12 areas. The areas are described in more detail in Annex 1 "Description of the object of the contract" in Chapter 7. The service provider may submit an offer for one or more areas. The same vehicle can only be offered in one area.

In the start-up phase, tenders must be submitted by 16.12.2024 at 12.00 noon.

The contract period is valid until further notice.
