The NeuLAND neutron time-of-flight spectrometer is a central component of the R3B project. It consists of double planes containing 50 scintillator bases in x and z directions in a mechanical frame with integrated high-voltage supply and readout, which are read on both sides with PMTs. 15 of the planned 30 double levels have already been procured.

The call for proposals is a framework agreement with a duration of 2 years. The framework agreement amounts to a purchase quantity of up to a maximum of 1000 units. The contractor guarantees a purchase quantity of 230 pieces.
