1. The subject of the procedure is to determine the framework conditions for granting and executing Executive Orders during the term of the Framework Agreement. 2. The Ordering Party, within the framework of Executive Agreements, will procure 12 thousand AI Laboratory Sets (including 8 thousand for primary schools and 4 thousand for secondary schools) in accordance with the Detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter SOPZ), contained in Annex no. 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party anticipates conducting Executive procedures according to the supply area, which has been divided into 73 territorial units according to the NUTS 2021 classification (NUTS 3).
