Supply of hardware and software equipment necessary for the implementation of the Integrated Information System within the project 'Increasing the level of digitization at the Clinical Hospital of Obstetrics-Gynecology "Prof. Dr. Panait Sîrbu"' in the quantities and conditions provided in the specifications.
According to art. 160 para.(2) of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement (as modified by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 107/2017), correlated with the provisions of art. 27 of Government Decision no. 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to clarification requests (if received within the timeframe), on the 15th day before the established deadline for the submission of offers in the Participation Announcement.
