Supply of hardware and software equipment necessary for the implementation of the Integrated Information System within the project 'Increasing the level of digitization at the Clinical Hospital of Obstetrics-Gynecology "Prof. Dr. Panait Sîrbu"'.

Supply of hardware and software equipment necessary for the implementation of the Integrated Information System within the project 'Increasing the level of digitization at the Clinical Hospital of Obstetrics-Gynecology "Prof. Dr. Panait Sîrbu"' in the quantities and conditions provided in the specifications.
According to art. 160 para.(2) of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement (as modified by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 107/2017), correlated with the provisions of art. 27 of Government Decision no. 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to clarification requests (if received within the timeframe), on the 15th day before the established deadline for the submission of offers in the Participation Announcement.
The number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 25 days.
