The Information Systems (SI) sector of the La Poste Group wishes to establish a multi-award framework agreement (pool) for catalog or off-the-shelf training aimed at the 5,000 employees of the SI sector as well as other employees of the La Poste Group. The providers will be specialized in the fields of technology and associated operational models. The training will meet the skill enhancement needs of La Poste employees by ensuring comprehensive coverage of existing technologies on the market.
The training offerings proposed in the providers' catalog (in-person, remote, e-learning, podcast, platform, etc.) consist of 5 lots. Candidate companies may position themselves on one or more of these lots.
Lot 1 - Governance, Management & Transformation of the SI
Lot 2 - Architecture & Urbanization of the SI - Infrastructure
Lot 3 - Data, AI & Decision-making SI
Lot 4 - Studies and Development, Web / Mobile Technologies
Lot 5 - Cybersecurity and Resilience of the SI
The geographical scope of the overall market is located in France.
The processing of personal data by La Poste, including hosting, backup, and/or consultation must be localized within the European Union (EU), a country of the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country recognized as adequate by the European Union.
For each of the lots, La Poste will select the 8 best-ranked candidates based on the criteria determined below, provided a score of 10/20 or higher is obtained.
