The procurement is carried out in the context of implementing the ICT infrastructure (equipment and software solution) at the level of Deta City Hospital through the project "Integrated and Interoperable eHealth System within Deta City Hospital", co-financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Pillar II "Digital Transformation", Component 7 "Digital transformation", Investment I3. "Establishment of the eHealth and telemedicine system", Specific Investment I3.3 "Investments in IT systems and digital infrastructure of public health units". The project significantly contributes to the achievement of structural reform, modernization of the health information system, with a focus on ensuring a modern operational infrastructure and interoperability, as well as enhancing staff skills. Investment I3. "Establishment of the eHealth and telemedicine system", Specific Investment I3.3 "Investments in IT systems and digital infrastructure of public health units" aims to develop the infrastructure that serves the activities of institutions in the health sector by procuring and installing the necessary equipment (IT equipment, communication equipment, and related equipment, including licenses), migrating data to new systems and infrastructures, and providing training for local technical staff. The purpose of the contract aims at services for the implementation and operation of digital infrastructure for the digitization of clinical, non-clinical processes and the relationship with third parties. A service package is requested that includes (1) software component: licensing access services to an IT solution for the digitization of non-clinical processes and the relationship with third parties - commercially available product to the provider at the time of the submission of the offer, configuration/customization according to the needs of Deta City Hospital and related to (2) clinical and (3) non-clinical processes, as well as (4) professional training and related services (cloud hosting, management, maintenance, and technical support). The number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidacies is 18 days. The Contracting Authority will respond only once to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
