The procurement is to acquire sets of portable Raman spectrometers through fixed commissioning and orders, along with the required documents and, to a lesser extent, training. A set consists of a portable Raman spectrometer with an internal database and software, a transport and storage container, power supply, accessories, consumables, spare parts, tools, accompanying manuals, and content lists.

The portable Raman spectrometer with accessories is used for the rapid detection and contactless identification of unknown solid and liquid hazardous substances and their mixtures. The device should enable the user, with minimal training effort, to assess a situation in a short time and derive actions based on the detection results.

Portable Raman Spectrometer with an Option for an Extension of the Contract Duration.
The contract is to be awarded for a duration of 4 years, with an option to extend for one additional year. There is a current demand for approximately 136 sets of portable Raman spectrometers. Furthermore, training for inspection personnel as well as operating personnel shall be carried out as specified. Additionally, there is an anticipated future need for approximately 91 sets of portable Raman spectrometers and potentially further training that can be ordered as needed.
