Innovation partnership to assist in the preparation of minutes of proceedings in public sessions and meetings of Senate committees and delegations using a generative artificial intelligence tool

The contract is an innovation partnership concluded after a procedure with negotiation, in accordance with European Directive 2014/24/EU of 26 February 2014 and Articles L. 2172-3 and R. 2172-20 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code. Within the framework of this partnership, the project aims to develop a solution to assist the Senate Proceedings Directorate in the preparation, using a generative artificial intelligence tool, of full and analytical reports of Senate public sittings, as well as the minutes of committees and delegations, after the development of an operational solution.
