Considering the signing of the funding contract, the Contracting Authority as Beneficiary implements the project: “Improvement of the digital infrastructure of the National Institute of Endocrinology C.I. Parhon”, financed through the NATIONAL RECOVERY AND RESILIENCE PLAN, Pillar II: Digital Transformation, COMPONENT: 7 - Digital Transformation, INVESTMENT: I3. Implementation of the eHealth and telemedicine system, Specific investment: I3.3 - Investments in information systems and digital infrastructure of public healthcare units, PROJECT CALL – CALL CODE: MS-733. Within this procedure, some components of the integrated information system for which the Contracting Authority has obtained funding will be purchased. The general objective of the project aims to develop the digital capacities of the hospital to increase the level of innovation and the competitiveness/efficiency of the activities at the institutional level. The subject of this procurement consists of acquiring an information system to ensure the optimization and automation of internal processes within the hospital.
The structure of the digitization solution is modular and includes clinical and non-clinical modules, such as:
• Software modules for clinical management of patients (observation sheet, investigations, prescriptions, treatment schemes, etc.)
• Module for digital scheduling of patients for consultations or investigations
• Module for the administrative and logistical management of the hospital pharmacy
• Interoperability module for integration with other medical or administrative systems
• Modules for cybersecurity and data protection.

This mixed approach, with interconnected clinical and non-clinical modules, allows for a complete digitization of the medical and administrative-logistical processes of the National Institute of Endocrinology C.I. Parhon Bucharest.
Clarification requests will be sent by economic operators 18 days before the deadline for receiving offers, and responses to clarifications will be transmitted in SICAP on the 10th day prior to the deadline established in the Participation Announcement for the submission of offers.
