The client is planning the construction of a new fire station with parking spaces for two fire engines with a gross floor area of 500 sqm. The premises are to be designed in such a way that they include administrative and office areas as well as classrooms and meeting rooms, for example for group conferences. In addition, storage rooms and laundry rooms with changing rooms on the ground floor are needed.
A holistic approach to sustainable construction is to be pursued in the planning. The planning and construction of the building should therefore be carried out taking into account the DGNB catalogue of criteria. As part of the preliminary planning, the client will decide together with the planners whether the project should be completed with certification with the "Silver" or "Gold" standard.
The project is part of the reconstruction after the flood disaster in 2021 and is supported by public funding. The requirements of the grant notice must be observed in the context of planning, awarding of contracts and construction work.
With this tender, planning services in the field of structural design are awarded. Planning services in the areas of object planning, technical equipment and outdoor facilities will be put out to tender in parallel.
