The subject of the public procurement is the delivery and related services of a hospital information system (hereinafter referred to as "HIS") for the provision of healthcare for Sanatorium Pálava, including integration with internal and external information systems, provision of related operational support services (maintenance, update, upgrade, and SLA, etc.) and development of the information system including the preparation of an exit plan. The contract does not include the delivery of operational infrastructure (servers, disk arrays, backup, etc.). The operational infrastructure up to the operating system level will be provided in cooperation. The execution must comply with the conditions of the contract that will arise from this procurement procedure. The execution of the public procurement must also comply with all applicable legislation, especially Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on healthcare services, as amended, the reporting of payments to health insurance companies, and comply with the standards of electronic health according to the requirements of the Ministry of Health. The execution of the public procurement also includes the provision of periodic user training and training of HIS administrators of the contracting authority, provision and maintenance of related documentation, and provision and maintenance of source codes. The HIS will be a significant information system in terms of Decree No. 317/2014 Coll., on significant information systems and their defining criteria.
