Remediation projects require a campaign of geotechnical tests and soil analyses to best estimate the difficulties and costs of future projects. In order to achieve advantageous unit prices and the shortest possible response times, and given that the current framework agreement for these missions expires on 31 March 2024, it is proposed to launch a new framework agreement for the carrying out of the various tests and analyses that may be required during the studies.

The framework agreement for services relating to geotechnical testing, geophysical testing, sampling and soil analysis of remediation projects consists of carrying out, within the framework of the study of the various projects, a campaign that may include:

- geophysical tests;
- geotechnical tests;
- soil sampling and analysis;
- carrying out various studies and reports;
- various services relating to the tests to be carried out.

This framework agreement takes the form of a market centre to which the Municipalities of the Province of Liège and certain companies (SWDE, C.I.L.E., RESA, ORES, VOO, SPI+, Province of Liège, S.P.W.-Direction des routes de Liège, S.P.W.-Direction des routes de Verviers, Proximus, O.T.W., Elia, Fluxys, Unifiber, Gofiber) will be able to join.
