The object of the contract is to provide support services for the evolution of the open innovation ecosystem platform to operate the smart urban infrastructure data space (EDINT) and its integration into the tourism data space, including the development and deployment of software, as well as professional services for which an estimate of the profiles and/or equivalent professionals has been made during a projected tenure throughout the project period.
The needs to be met are specified in more detail in the 'TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS DOCUMENT THAT WILL GOVERN THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE EVOLUTION OF THE OPEN INNOVATION ECOSYSTEM PLATFORM TO OPERATE THE SMART URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE DATA SPACE (EDINT) AND ITS INTEGRATION INTO THE TOURISM DATA SPACE'.
The provision of these services is included in component 12 'Spain 2030 Industrial Policy' of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the funds from the EU Recovery and Resilience Mechanism. Specifically:
Component 12. Investment 1. 'Sectoral Data Spaces' and is aligned with the European Data Strategy and the actions that implement it, particularly the European Data Governance Regulation and the EU Cloud Federation, among others. This program aims to finance the development of data spaces and promote disruptive innovation in strategic sectors of the economy.
Bidders undertake, in the event of being awarded the contract, to assign to the execution of the contract the offered technical profiles, which will comply with the conditions and requirements established in the technical specifications document. This aspect is considered an essential obligation of the contract for the purposes specified in article 211 of the LCSP.
Furthermore, bidders undertake to comply with the information obligations that may apply to them for compliance with Royal Decree 1062/2024, of October 15, which regulates the direct granting of a subsidy to the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces for the development and management of the Smart Urban Infrastructure Data Space project, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan financed by the European Union–Next Generation EU, attending to the service provision contract that SEGITTUR has formalized with the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces.
