The purpose of this consultation is to carry out control and analysis services in the laboratory or on construction sites for departmental road infrastructure operations. Contract on a call for tenders awarded pursuant to Articles R. 2124-1 and -2, R. 2131-16 and -17, R. 2161-1 to -5, R. 2162-1 to -6 and R. 2162-13 and -14 of the French Public Procurement Code. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with no minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 500,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT). The present contract is not allocated because its subject matter does not permit the identification of separate services. No negotiations will take place in this proceeding. The purpose of this consultation is to carry out control and analysis services in the laboratory or on construction sites for departmental road infrastructure operations. This contract shall be concluded from the date prescribed by an administrative order drawn up by the contracting authority and notified to the contractor for a period of one year. It shall be tacitly renewed three times by the contracting authority, in a period of one year, but its total duration shall not exceed four years
