The need to implement the project is related to the necessity of improving the quality parameters of the delivered electricity to end users, increasing the capacity to connect renewable energy sources (RES), and the potential development of installations for electric vehicle charging stations. The defined scope of the project includes the reconstruction of the 110/15 kV GPZ Jedwabie energy substation and its connection to the existing 15 kV medium voltage network. The investment includes, among others, the modernization of the substation building, the installation of a new medium voltage switchgear with accompanying infrastructure, the reconstruction of the 110 kV switchgear, modernization of the 110/15 kV power transformer positions, and the development of the substation area along with internal and access roads.
