Swansea Council is seeking external Civil and Structural Engineering expertise for an affordable housing scheme in Gorseinon to enhance project efficacy.

Swansea Council have been delivering new build housing utilising internal resource, both pre-contract through to construction & completion) and while this has been successful to date, in order to improve efficacy the authority is seeking to utilise external expertise and capability from the local regions. Herewith, Swansea council looks forward to receiving tender responses for the procurement of Civil & Structural Engineering Services via Sell2Wales for a proposed affordable housing scheme in Gorseinon.It is intended each design consultant will be initially appointed by the Client up to conclusion of RIBA Plan of Work 2020, Work Stage 3+. In addition, the council wishes to incorporate the potential to take the scheme to RIBA Work Stage 4-6, however this will be subject to the council securing funding.
