In March 2025, the Sibiu Clinical Hospital for Children, as the beneficiary of the funding and leader of the partnership with the Municipality of Sibiu, signed with the Ministry of Health, as the coordinator of reforms and investments for PNRR, Component 7, Specific Investment I3.3, financing contract no. 2065/130/I.3.3/10.03.2025 aimed at the implementation of the project "DIGITALIZATION OF THE SIBIU CLINICAL HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN", financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component C7 – Digital Transformation I3. The realization of the eHealth and telemedicine system; Specific investment: I3.3 – Investments in information systems and digital infrastructure of public health units, CALL CODE MS-733.
All equipment and facilities proposed for acquisition within this project must contain the latest and most innovative technologies available and must be compatible/fitting within the existing workflows/systems already in place at the Sibiu Clinical Hospital for Children.
Through this acquisition, alongside other award procedures included in the project, it is intended to achieve the general objective of the project, namely increasing the quality of health services, safety, and satisfaction of patients and staff within the health unit, by modernizing the information systems and digital infrastructure (software, applications, and hardware).
This procedure will procure IT infrastructure equipment, software for monitoring the IT network, data backup, and security event management, CAL licenses for server access, database software licenses as well as related services for assembly, installation, and configuration.
The object of the contracts consists of activities for supply, transport, assembly, installation, configuration, warranty service, and training of personnel for IT infrastructure equipment and hardware solutions included in the procedure.
The number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidacies is 18.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information at least 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers - cf. art. 160 para. 2 correlated with art. 161 para. 1 of Law 98/2016.
