The subject of the public procurement is the purchase of 8 solo urban low-floor buses, 8 midi urban low-floor buses, and 4 urban low-floor minibuses powered by electricity, along with training the Client's staff for the operation and maintenance of the buses, in accordance with the Cost Sheets, Technical Specifications, and other required conditions from this Procurement Documentation.

The Client will use the buses for local and regional line transport on routes averaging up to 50 kilometers.

According to the configuration of the street network, the buses will manage inclines on certain sections of the routes of up to 12%. Local and regional lines are characterized by a high density of stops, with average distances between stops of 350 meters. The routes mostly pass through a narrower city center. Heavy traffic flows on the street network, regulated by a traffic light system, necessitate frequent stopping at stops and traffic-light-controlled intersections. In such a mode of operation, the buses will be used up to 20 hours a day. They are particularly burdened during the morning and afternoon peak hours with frequent occupancy of 90% to 100% of available capacity.
